ABOUT EMPIRE
MARCH - 2021
Empire Delivery was established in a modest lean-to style barn, equipped with a well-worn Mercedes Sprinter van boasting an impressive 300,000-mile journey. At our inception, we eagerly undertook a wide array of tasks, ranging from household relocations to thorough rubbish clearances.
JUNE - 2021
Progress was swift. Within a span of four months, we achieved the following milestones:

Commenced collaboration with Sofas & Stuff, a renowned furniture retailer boasting 28 showrooms and still expanding.

Secured additional leads from various other furniture retailers.

Initiated the search for a more spacious and superior facility.
SEPTEMBER - 2021
We bid farewell to the lean-to and embraced our new, albeit still venerable, refurbished farm unit, offering greater space and functionality. Concurrently, we extended a warm welcome to two new retailing clients.
The addition of our second van marked a significant milestone for our modest team of four. This expansion represented a substantial leap forward for us.
NOVEMBER - 2021
JUNE - 2022
With over 10 clients, a fleet of 3 vans, and a team of 8, our operations were thriving. It was at this juncture that we made the decision to transition to a new business management system, GSIT.
This shift marked a significant milestone for us, and we felt well-prepared for this crucial move.
MARCH - 2023
On Empire's second anniversary in March 2023, we achieved a significant milestone by securing our first order for multiple vans. Recognizing the need for enhanced speed and efficiency, we made the strategic choice to integrate three custom-designed Renault vehicles into our fleet. Concurrently, we embarked on the planning and design phase for our upcoming facility.
SEPTEMBER - 2023
We transitioned into our newly constructed facility, tailored with our customers in mind & over 11,000 square feet of space! Our team has now grown to 28 members, including specialized teams for customer service, warehouse management, and accounts. Our fleet has been upgraded to include brand-new, purpose-built vans, and we're exploring the possibility of introducing our first electric vehicle to the lineup!
JANUARY - 2024
After signing another big client in Q4 of 2023, Empire continue to see continuous & steady growth into 2024. Acquiring 2 more vans and integrating overnight warehouse staff, we are continuously improving, growing & training our teams to deal with growing demand and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
